Na manhã de ontem (10), uma equipe da Secretaria de Obras de Trindade do Sul, juntamente com a vigilância em saúde realizaram um bloqueio químico como parte das medidas de combate ao mosquito Aedes aegypti, transmissor da dengue. A ação foi realizada em diversas áreas da cidade, visando reduzir a proliferação do vetor e, consequentemente, os casos de dengue no município.
O bloqueio químico é aplicação de inseticidas específicos nas áreas com registros de focos e casos de dengue. Além disso, a população é essencial nesse processo, sendo solicitada a colaborar na eliminação de recipientes que possam acumular água parada, ambiente propício para a reprodução do Aedes aegypti.
Destaca-se a importância da participação ativa de cada cidadão nessa luta contra a dengue, reforçando a necessidade de manter quintais e terrenos limpos, evitando o acúmulo de lixo e recipientes que possam se tornar criadouros do mosquito.
